great to deal with

Highly recommend. Darren was great. A mate and I are travelling Oz at the moment and needed a camper trailer pump tap replaced. Being both young women we've had a lot of dealings with people being dismissive and blankly belittling us. Darren was the complete opposite, absolutly lovely bloke and did a great job on the tap fitting us in asap and getting it fixed in an hour.

Placed a call to Jayco Adelaide to enquire the price of a repair to our camper trailer roof lifting system - that was 5 weeks ago and still waiting for a response. Happened to be passing DMS and called in - Darren was awesome - explained what he thought the problem was likely to be - the difficulties with the repair and a rough cost. Booked it in for a few weeks later and the same day the problem was fixed - photos sent of the issues he found and just straight up honest disclosure, even showed me the old parts on collection! A pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable about all things caravan and just so easy to deal with. Price was as quoted plus parts, quite frankly I'd rather support the little guy and part with my hard earned to him. Honest repair guys are hard to find - will definitely be back for normal servicing as well!
