Absolutely cannot recommend this clinic enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Pricing is more than reasonable. I especially recommend laser hair removal as it has worked wonders for my skin and hair type! I always get Britney as my beauty therapist and can’t recommend her enough either - consistently does an amazing job on all my different treatments and has the best attention to detail.I have been getting facials here regularly and they are wonderful! The whole experience is so relaxing…I have fallen asleep! Love coming here!

My experience of getting Laser hair removal with Lara at Claremont Salon has been fantastic. The sessions was super comfortable, she is lovely and accommodating and I’m already seeing great results!

Honestly, it started out well but has just gone to the dogs. I paid for a vascular package in 2022 and haven't been able to have regular treatments at the Claremont store because the therapist is either on leave/ away/ sick leave, or the machine is broken. They offer me a replacement therapist and I decline - it's my face for God's sake, I'm not some robot that can be farmed out to any ol' therapist who is going to use my face for work experience. I want the therapist that sold me the package and came with all the experience. I don't want to see a new therapist every time I go in.Today, I get an email saying the package will expire soon and I better get the sessions done ASAP so as not to lose my money.Really? My last appointment was October 2022 - I haven't had the treatment since then because the machine is broken or the therapist who does the treatment is away again. Promises to call me when both are fixed/ back just never happen.The only time I ever get customer service is when I call them. And today, as I did just that, again, therapist who does this treatment is away again ... until Thursday. She will call me apparently. I ask to escalate. Yes, you can do that to the area manager, and my details will be passed on to her. But when will I get a return call?, I ask. Don't know, they say. We don't have her schedule.So again, another one of those 'we will call you' scenario's that, in the past four months, just doesn't happen.Great product. Lousy customer service. So quick to sell the packages, but zero customer service on the follow up and relationship with the customer post-payment.I am so disappointed. I'm so sick of hearing it's because of Covid, or train derailments, or broken equipment.

I have been going to LCA Claremont for years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I started going to Claremont as I went to another laser clinic and was burnt so when I went to Claremont and saw the team there I had full confidence after the first visit. The consistency in results and level of customer service and professionalism on each visit is second to none. I love my Claremont LCA visits!

I have been doing my hair laser sessions in this clinic for more than 2 years, but my latest appointment this January was horrible, the appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes but the lady finished everything within 15 minutes she didn’t cover all the areas of my legs she was in a rush for no reason. I kept telling her to cover this area and this area and she didn’t like.I won’t come back to this clinic
