Found this place when looking for a Cafe lunch after 3pm and did not regret choosing it. Really good big breakfast and pretty good smashed avo. I would recomend trying the Vietnamese iced coffee if you are like me and hadn't come across it before. Owner was lovely and the seating in the center enough space to park a pram.

Stumbled past one day for a coffee, so glad we did :) Been coming here for years now, and they never dissapoint. Good coffee, good food, great prices, and staff are always lovely and accommodating for our needs. Highly recommend Ichi Cafe :)

Best matcha latte Ive ever had! Wow! I also highly recommend the matcha frappes. 10 stars! Super healthy too.The gracious owner of this fantastic cafe Jo knows his locals by name and their drink orders. Jo and his team serve high quality food and drinks at very afforable prices. The cafe is inviting and has a homely feel to it. Whether you are after the best coffee/lattes in town or food this is the place to be. I highly recommend this cafe for a great experience. It is situated in kippax fair with many shops/retailers inside to enjoy after you have visited Ichi cafe. Drop in today!

The staff show our table and we ordered.The staff happy and friendly to serve us the food.Have coffee and tea, with cakes. Cold drinks or whatever you like to order.The little Coffee shop is a cosy and friendly restaurant in Kippax Centre, the sitting inside and out in the hall way.I highly recommend Ichi Coffee Shop, all fresh produce made in the shop, the owner is a Chef.If you are firstly, look no more Ichi will have your coffee for you, they welcome you with a smile.

I work near Kippax and this is nice cafe with a comfy decor with good and affordable food, the usual Australian brunch with some Vietnamese thrown in. Try Vietnamese crepes if you’ve never had it before.

Not this time.I'm a huge fan of this family run cafe, and have deliciously made my way through most of the menu.However, today the steak sanga wasn't worth the effort. The meat was tough, they slipped with the pepper because the food was smothered in it.As for the coffee, I'd go out of my way for their cuppas. Today my cap was bitter and flavourless.Might go home and have a decent coffee.
