It so horrible I only put 5 stars because they take all other then 5 stars off the reviews it’s so bad do not go there otherwise you will get a horrible haircut that your stuck with for at least a couple of months

Very professional and friendly (in a way that I can appreciate). Focused. Get the job done with no bs. Can’t believe I’ve missed this hair dressing salon near my place for so many years. Definitely would recommend to every Asian friend of mine.

My hair was cut much shorter than I requested, which was not at all what I wanted, and the end result was extremely choppy and uneven. Got charged almost $30 for a haircut that made me look worse.

don't go here for a colour. they completely fried my already fragile hair by putting colour" all over the hair when i went in for a regrowth-only touch up

Freindly staff. My first cut there with the red hair lady (should had asked her name) and love it!!!! Definitely going back! She asked for what I wanted, advised me on what I should do, affordable prices... Just amazing!

I have been going to Cyber cut since my arrival from South Africa and Celine has done Stirling job every time I go there. She is happy and friendly and so are all the other staff there. Thank you for a wonderful service and treatment.

Worse haircut ever. Staff don’t listen + poor skill and attitude problem. If I want a speedy cut I would have gone to have a $10 cut. U just lost a frequent customer.

I didn’t even want to give this place 1 star. The lady just straight up came down on my hair with her massive clippers. And I specifically told her (In Chinese, as she speaks it fluently) to make sure it’s not too short where you can barely see any hair. My hair before the trim was quite long (curtains). She decides to completely trim the sides until there was barely any hair visible even when during the trim I asked her to not trim it so short, where she replied saying it was a “fade”. She then just pretty much leaves the top of my head as it was when I came in. So the end result makes my head look like a mop. Super short hair on the sides and back. And super long hair on the top. My hair naturally goes into curtains so even if I try to make it look better by styling the hair to one side my hair still sticks up and eventually it just goes back into curtains.

Cybercut are the most experienced hairdressers in Box Hill. Good to see them remaining inside the centre all these years! I look forward to my next visit. Thank you
