A follow up from my first review is as follows: From Oatlands, where we first broke down, we spent 4 weeks going to and from Specialist Auto Group. 3 times they told us the Jeep Grand Cherokee was fixed, and 3 times it broke down. Overheating problem. An email to one of the principles requesting a review of the $4K bill, has gone unanswered. Eventually, onto the ferry via a tow truck, saw us return to Melbourne. Basically, we haven't driven the car since February. A new engine has now been ordered. Interesting holiday..........
