A very unprofessional service and would recommend to stay well clear unless you like wasting your time and money.We had them come out to do a vacate clean on a rental we were exiting. They quoted us a price to clean the whole house and took payment before starting the job. Halfway through the day they turn around and say they couldn’t do the carpets and wouldn’t refund the money instead would provide a full wall clean as compared to spot cleaning. Upon our inspection of the work they had completed we found they hadn’t done half the things that were required to be cleaned for a vacate and they hadn’t even touched the walls (not even for spot cleaning). They came back and half assed a few of the items that had been missed but still left large amounts uncleaned.

We had Alliance Cleaning services come do a vacate clean. They took payment up front checked over the house to see what had to be done. We paid $699 for a vacate clean included in this was $49 for carpets apparently was a special. Half way through the day we were advised that he would not be cleaning or attempting to clean the carpets also mentioned he doesn't have the correct carpet cleaner to get the stains out. Very dissapointed as they went through the house checked everything saw the carpets took my money then told us half way through the day they aren't doing it very disappointing. To compensate for the carpets they said they would do full wall cleans instead of spot cleaning. All our walls did not require full cleans and up inspection you can tell all walls hadn't been wiped down.Upon full inspection we found that the grout wasn't clean, door frames had dust on them a window wasn't cleaned, dust on window frames, shower screens. They did rectify some items but not all and found in our bond inspection a list of things not done.If your paying $699 I would expect a lot better outcome.

Sue and Deb did an amazing job after tenants left without cleaning. They were on time, friendly, worked really hard and the house was spotless at the end. Great attention to detail- I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
