I was having a lot of problems with the Centrelink Express application losing my transactiona so I decided to make an appointment and physically go into a Centrelink office.I tried calling to make an appointment but after 50 minutes I gave up and thought I'll just have to turn up and was expecting the worst.I went to the crown Street office in Sydney and have to say I received absolutely fantastic service from two people in particular Karen and Josh.Thank you both very much for your help.Andrew.

It was Friday, i went there. The workers are very helpful. I went there for my International Vaccination Certificate. It's a shame the system went down, but i can see they all tried to help.Although they ended up asked me to go back to a Medicare Centre on Monday near where i live.So i did and i got it on Monday:)What amazed me is, Daniel (one of the front guy who helped me in Centrelink Darlinghurst) called in the morning and checked on me if i have got the certificate. He really does his job greatly and with care.Thank you,Regards

An army of robots to get through whenever you need to call themThen rude staff when you get therethe whole system needs to be gutted and rebuiltCenterlink 'my gov' services NSW are like hell on earth anytime the most basic process needs to be performed, there are CIA torture tactics less punishing then a phone call to Centerlink

Rita was pleasant and friendly when I visited last Tuesday, to change addresses for my uncle on his Medicare account, and provided the nomination form for Centrelink in that regard. Well done. Nice people.

Was receiving rude response from a lady (now I wish I have taken down her name), wasn’t listening of what I have to say. She would not even look at me when she talks. Her attitude was basically giving “I know what I’m talking about, we are busy, just be grateful what you got and go”. Lecturing me with all these regulations that I have to follow in order to get my support. Saying things like “ …. go tell your husband that” when I was asking questions.Step out feeling that I’ve been brush off and puzzle with whether I am getting the maximum support that I deserve to. Went back again spoke to a gentleman. He immediately knows what I need is to log a claim from previous financial year went to the back spoke to the previous lady. Within 30 mins I got my support.Lesson learn - trust what you are entitled to, don’t let people talk down at you. Don’t just listen to what they tell you so and get brush off.
