Australia Post - Narangba LPO

The team at Narangba Post Office are extremely helpful I have been so impressed by their consistency, dedication and reliability. They are always friendly and efficient even when the store is full. They are very polite as well as very supportive of their customers.Thank you guys!

To all you people giving this place a bad review. I operate a small business and I post a lot of items every week. And I can tell you the state run post offices in this area are absolutely horrible compared to the owner operator service you get here. The owner and her staff have gone completely out of their way to assist me on a few occasions. Including calling back the mail truck to retrieve an Item I had incorrectly posted.Compared to the others that could do a dump on their CEO's chair and not get fired these people are fantastic. They have skin in the game. So yeah they may get grumpy and over worked but its their business and they do care. Trust me go and use the one at the Business Hub and see how you get treated. They have too many staff and they are still too busy doing nothing to help. Australia Post is a nightmare with its systems and things. All post shops do too much. But just think before you dump a one star review on genuine small business people. Comments on their teeth, honestly thats not helpful to anyone I hope this is.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful unlike many other P Offices I have been to..well done its a pleasure doing business with you.

Been trying for weeks to get a parcel transferred from this post office to another. After weeks of contact with the Aus Post help line no one has responded to their calls/emails/faxes and my parcel was sent back to sender. The AusPost help line was fantastic and incredible, but this post office has definitely let them down and needs to do better

Friendly helpful local post office. Good quick service. Small space.

Packages through this post office are always without doubt 2 days later than predicted plus they always take an extra day to process" packages and will tell customers they aren't there even if sitting in the storeroom.Staff/management ignore these issues and make excuses not to mention walking around with such a casual purpose it's no wonder everything is so slow.Edit: Unfortunately had to go in again today - nothing has changed

Did anyone else notice one of the new female Chinese owner is incredibly rude and lack of people skill?The male owner and another female staff are friendly but that one person really ruins it.Miss the previous owners who were always friendly and has a smile when help us...

I believe John my delivery driver needs to be commended. He has been delivering to me for quite sometime now and has always a friendly smiling face to greet me. I was going to be away for approx 2 weeks lately and he was able to hang on to my parcels until i got home. He would be an employee that any business would benefit from.

Unbelievable customer service today, thank you! Staff are so friendly and full of helpful advice. I was blown away! Won't bother with my local post office any longer.
