NOVUS GLASS FRASER COAST

So happy with the service I received from Novus Glass. They were friendly and informative. I was impressed that they explained how rain would adversely effect the quality of their workmanship and that they gave me the opportunity to come back the next day and get the chip repaired after it had had time to dry out. Will definitely be using them again if I'm unfortunate enough to get another chip!

Booked in 2 cars for windscreen chip repair. Both cars done in under an hour. Extremely happy with the result. Great front desk service too!

Amazing Customer ExperienceAll too often we hear big companies talk about their focus on the customer experience, but yesterday…. That is what I received from Nova Glass.I’d traveled up from Brisbane, got a crack in my windshield.They assessed it and while they didn’t have a replacement in stock, they drilled and filled a point at the end to stop the spread of this crack, which was already over 20cm long.They allayed my fears and sent me on my way at refusing any payment.WOW!So focused on true customer service.Knowing how they treat someone from out of town, just passing through, I can only start to imagine how they would treat their local customers.Great work for my vehicle windscreen repair and replacement
