Great range of stock and staff were friendly. Fast delivery. Despite what the website says, you are given a delivery ‘day’ where you are sent a text msg the day prior with a delivery window. I will shop here again.

If I have chance to give negative rating, for would definitely give it. The time we entered and exit, none of their staff say hi, or ask what we were looking for. They were too busy in talking. Definitely they underestimate indian community.

Wish I could leave negative stars. Don’t buy from Beckenham/Cannington store. Salespersons are MISLEADING!Extremely disappointed with customer service and head office, bought a couch and salesperson told us MISLEADING information for the colour and fabric.When trying to resolve problem with head office, salesperson totally changed her story and told her boss she showed us in person store the fabric swatch and colour it was going to be… which she did not, so basically it was her word against oursWill not be shopping here again

Got a 1,000$ mattress, the delivered mattress was stained almost like dirty. They sent another mattress but was still same, came in to the store and the staff were extremely unhelpful and unapologetic, was told “Nothing we can do about it, please talk to the head office in Cannington”. Went to the Cannington store, the manager told me nothing he can do about it as the mattress was bought from Osborne Park store and I should talk to them. Called the Osborne Park store they suggested to go to the warehouse and choose a mattress yourself because their policy is to not give a refund. Went to the warehouse in Cannington and got the mattress. I had to make a special trip to Cannington as I live in the city. 2 weeks of back and forth to get it sorted. Really unhappy, would give zero stars.

Bought a couch from Furniture Bazaar a year ago. Great quality, great price and I didn't have to wait for weeks for it to be delivered. They have very similar products to other brands but always better on price.

Worst customer experience. Shop for products more than 7000 AUD at their Osborne store and they forced me to pay delivery on one of the mattress again because their Sales Person said it will fit in my car on the day of sale and it didn’t when I went to pickup.Their Store Manager was least helpful and threatened to keep the mattress in their store forever if I don’t agree to pay the delivery charges again.Beware for your future purchases. Have also reported them to further authorities for their bad sale tactics.
