A lovely, fun family owned business. Nothing is to much trouble & they always do a great job. I asked for them to surprise me with my nails for my birthday, as I couldn't decide what I wanted & the result was awesome. A week later & I still love them.

Despite many positive reviews, I had a horrible experience both in terms of communication and service.The staff did not cure the nail paint well on all the toes. The Uncured nails obviously touched some surface and now I’m left with a matte finish on one side and a shine on the other. It looks awful. They just don’t have time to listen to customers. I trusted their expertise but soon realised that I had made a mistake. The lady who handled my job was so careless and did a shabby job. The one thing that she had to do properly she didn’t. I’m NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS CENTRE.There was utter disregard for customer satisfaction. it appeared that all they cared about was money that the customer was going to pay.This is a one day old shellac and I wasted 40 bucks!

Had my nails done last night and one of the best and friendliest places I’ve been. Andy & Sarah were super friendly. It’s good to know that the staff have such unity and fun at work. Will be back and will recommend others to definitely visit the chermside salon.

Had some acrylics from another place that I wasn’t happy with and came to these guys to get it fixed up. So happy with the result and price. A nicer shape and a lovely design. Will be back

Went here on Saturday for a pedicure terrible experience with my pedi lady cut my cuticle twice was bleeding and hurting she proceeded to rush me through and was very heavy handed. Then I get home check my bank account and I’ve been charged twice for pedicure. I return the next day and told them and showed transaction of being charged twice to then be told we can’t pay you until it’s no longer pending I explained I needed the money they said no not until money has stopped pending. Hello the money has left my account. I then got told to text them a screenshot then I’ll get my money back. Pending transactions take up to ten days. I’m now down money and had to cancel plans as I’m low on funds. All because of their stuff up! I don’t even know if I’ll get my money back. Do not go to the place!!

My first time here and I had a really good experience. I had a very nice guy who did my nails (shellac). He had a conversation with me during the process and was very attentive. He helped me pick out a colour and communicated very well with me and kindly told me to mention if the process was at all painful as i initially went into remove my acrylics. I am going to get my nails done here from today!

Had the worst customer service experience, they don’t even listen to you properly before starting on and are very rude when you try to tell them what you want. Two of my nails were broken halfway after three days of getting them done.

Worst nail salon what a ripoff .. my toenails wasn’t cleaned and cuticles not removed .. she pushed the nails clean on the left foot and the right NO .. just quick quick .. told her to buff my dried skin toes .. nail polish gel all spread outside ..when paying the guy .. wants me to go to the ATM And give him cash ..??? Pushing me to go less 10%.. I told him NO !!! I don’t need a discount and I’m not going to the ATM ..NEVER AGAIN

I super inlove with my gel polish. Sarah made a job well done earlier today. This is only the 2nd time I had my nails professionally cleaned but will surely not be the last. Will surely be back. Thank you.#387

I always go there to get my nails done and they always do so good on my nails. But yesterday I went to go get my nails done and the guy that did them did an awful job.. he didn't give me the colour I asked for, he shaped them weirdly and when I went to go pay the sign says it was $65 for a full set yet they charged me an extra $5 just for some plain acrylic nails. I've never had this problem before but I'm really disappointed.
