Great friendly atmosphere!!Feel like a member of the family, not a number. Very supportive and always happy to help out to make the program individualised.I’m not a gym girl as they scare me and I feel like an outsider, but at Combatfit I love it!! And I keep coming back for more training and conditioning.I feel healthier, have more energy and have made some great friends too!

This is an excellent MMA training and exercise studio. Highly recommend CombatFit for anyone wanting to get fit, lose weight or learn Muay Thai. Every workout is unique and fun. The trainers are brilliant and professional. You won’t find more passionate and dedicated trainers in KEYSBOROUGH than here. Unlike other studios in the area, the coaches at CombatFit are dedicated to the fitness workouts and post recovery. Come and give it a try!
