Cherry Tree Organics Butcher Shop

Great quality meats, however based on my experience you can't trust the website. We ordered a large ham a week in advance for a large family gathering, the website took my payment and I received a confirmation email assuring me the ham would be delivered on time. The day of the delivery I received an email saying there is no ham available. Tried calling, no answer for many attempts. Finally got through to them and although they were very apologetic and refunded my money, my party was ruined.

Amazing quality meats. Eggs are truly something special and the milk is a delight.I feel better the food tastes superior to any alternative I've tried. Yes you pay a bit extra but it's a small number for the joy it brings to your body both health and taste wise.

We're halfway through the mixed pack. Very impressed.Will be ordering again next week.Only one meal so far we wouldn't order again, the beef schnitzel. Only cos we make ours better at home. Other then that everything is top notch. Eggs were delicious.

Terrible experience! Do not recommend!Purchased meat online given website states “ The day before your order arrives we will send you an email with your delivery details, you will be able to call our driver / logistics providerand request an approximate delivery time.”Got sent an email day prior to delivery advising I would receive a text message that night confirming delivery and with a link to check delivery time window. Never happened! Meat got delivered with no warning and my room mate accepted the package and they had no idea to put package in fridge thus it going bad. Not sure who delivers anything these days without notifying of a delivery window.In following up with Cherry Tree they were unhelpful and whilst acknowledged the mistake had been made on their end were not willing to refund. Very disappointing, do not recommend unless you want to wait at your home all day for meat or enjoy eating off meat.

Beautiful meat and smooth delivery - will definitely be ordering again. The lamb rack was absolutely delicious - the best I've ever eaten!

The best tasting beef in town and top service. Kate Blundy is a total legend and you should not be ordering organic beef anywhere else!

Highly recommend Cherry Tree Organics. The meat quality is outstanding! It is hands down the best lamb I have ever tasted. I was interested in this small butcher shop, as I have a passion for ethically raised meat, as well as sustainable farming practices. The quality and taste of the meat at Cherry Tree is in my belief linked to the ethos of the farmers, beautiful lush pastures of the Gippsland farm, and ethical animal treatment. Such a wonderful small business that I am more than happy to continue supporting.

Better put your reading glasses on for this review, it's not a short one because there's to many good things to talk aboutIf I could give 10 stars I would!I can't fault this place, I simply can't,Where to start, the website is extremely easy to use and navigate, The customer service from Kate is just amazing, seriously, it's rare to medium rare (sorry for the bad pun) to find great customer service like this.She's always on point to answer any questions I may have.The deliveries that come to my area are done by their own drivers, always so polite and delivered with a smile from Con and Paul.Now, for the fun part, the meat, coming from a family who owned their own butcher shop for over 30 years we can say with confidence, you must definitely give this butcher a go.Yes, you pay a bit more but the quality you can't beat, remember to keep in mind, when you buy meat pumped with water they shrink while cooking, when I cook Cherry Tree Organics beef schnitzel or their chicken they pretty much remain the same size. That said, you're paying for pure meat at Cherry Tree Organics and not meat with added water .Their gravy beef and pork ribs add so much flavour in any pasta sauce dish as-well!The packaging of the meat is great too, just pop any you won't use in a hurry in the freezer.As you can see from my pictures I'm slowly trying everything on their list, it's a fun process when products are this good.A big shout out to the amazing team for their outstanding work, keep it up!!Thank you all so much !King regardsJamesP.S: The Christmas ham was a hit with the family
