They came and gave quote which k had to pay for, and arranged for repair. Didn't turn up on day which was Monday and then rang next day to say ran out of time will come Friday. 5 days after the day they were supposed to. I spoke with a manager who admitted they should have been there Monday but wasn't going to do anything to compensate or to come earlier. I told him not to bother and have gone elsewhere

Had a rep out to quote for a new install. Turned up without a stud finder.Then wanted pictures of wall prior to gyprock.Called me back saying we need to strip the wall of gyprock to see what was in there.Thought it was funny (giggling on the phone call) that we might need to pull the wall down to put a garage door on.Disgraceful. 0 stars.

We had our garage door fitted on 4th August 2020 and we have been very happy with the product. I rang today to book an annual service on the garage door and spoke with Kiara. Kiara was polite and very helpful and advised me that due to covid lockdown we are not able to get the service done on the door and that someone would call me when restrictions were lifted. I'm renting so I can't say much but you've come out to service" my garage door twice now. I told you the roller pulley was shot. The cabling is too old and lost the natural coil. First time nothing was done. Second time you kindly put it back on the tracks and left it. Now both of the tension wires have come off the tracks and my door is completely inoperable. It's too heavy to raise so I can't even tension it myself because the entire spring mechanism has just come undone. I'm more than happy to retract this opinion and review my review but two service and persistently if not worse broken door is probably just not good enough to be fair."

Appalling Service. Booked a service on our garage door. Got a call to confirm they were coming. Didn't show after a confirmation call and have not replied to a message asking where they are. Don't call them if you want your garage door fixed they clearly are not interested in repair business.

I've never dealt with idiocy on this level before and I hope I never have to again. I certainly won't be here...1. Their team ordered and delivered the wrong product. I explained this in detail to them and it was obvious on delivery. Photos included in email to them.2. They told me the correct item had now been ordered to replace.3. Two weeks later I received a call from their supplier explaining there had been no re-order and demanding that the item I had received was correct and should be installed as there was no alternative item for this.4. Difficult item installation. Outcome: Terrible5. Received another call from the supplier (same day) apologetically confirming this was DEFINITELY the WRONG product, all due to a mislabelled shelf at a warehouse. How many wrong ones have they sold?*Speechless.6. Saddingtons agrees in principle to discount the item or come and install themselves at their own cost. Followed by a few back-and-forth emails between them and the supplier regarding who will wear the costs...7. Another week goes by. Saddingtons emails to arrange delivery of correct item. Confused I called back to discuss agreement. Denied!8. Saddingtons then refuses to wear the cost of their mistake or discount the item for the (by this time) months’ worth of annoying emails, terrible installation, and made to feel like I was wrong when I clearly wasn't.9. Explained my discontent and was referred to management. Management denies the agreement to discount. This left me no alternative but to request a refund which was FINALLY completed.Found another supplier to order and install this a week later with ZERO issues.Completely headless. Avoid this business in every way possible.
