Great banh mi place for locals.Banh mi is serviceable if you don’t want to go to Springvale.I recommend the fried chicken banh mi which is the one they specialise in. They don’t do pork belly.Priced well at $5-6.

The only place we know that does fried chicken banh mis. No matter what time of the day it is, the juicy chicken always hits the spot. The patte and butter is creamy and hit the spot with every bite. We recommend no carrots, cucumber and chili so your taste buds can focus on the amazing combination of the fried chicken, patte and butter!

The fried chicken banh mi 10/10 everytime! Been coming here for 20 years and the standard has never dropped. Bread is always fresh and crispy. Kids & parents also enjoy their array of pastries, jam doughnuts and croissant for the lunchbox or picnics. Nothing fancy, just simple, good and filling.

One of the worker there is very rude. I don’t know if she is owner or just worker.But the ways she stared and treat customers is very impolite.Been support their business for many years. But very unhappy about their customer service skill, will not return to their shop again

Delicious and good value for money!They have a variety of buns and items either sweet or savoury.The fried chicken roll is very tasty, a dear friend suggested to eat it right away because it you take it home when bread could get soggy. Also having it with double pate and double mayo makes a difference.Got a meringue for dessert and it was very delicious as well.

My family and I have been going to this place for years (ever since I was little) , and I can’t commend this place! One of the best banh mi in Springvale.In the photo is a pork roll!

Local bread shop. The banhmi are just ok though I do enjoy their freshly baked bread.The fried chicken is also a hit amongst the locals.
