I brought a car earlier this week ,from city Toyota Lismore and the sales lady {Jacinta} was great very helpful, explained things to us, very understanding,not pushing and listen to us not like some out salepersons, made buying a new car a great experience, would recommend buy a car with this dealership and this sale lady any day, the car was exacted what we needed would buy another car from Jacinta and Toyota again, so thank you very much Jacinta and city Toyota Lismore for everything. Took my musso for a service 5 months ago. They broke my camera loom and spotlights. Promised to repair. After a number of attempts to resolve it. A call to head office and 5 months later and every possible excuse later they can think of like the dealer not knowing how to fix my car? maybee they might possibly have the correct part. Even though it was orderd" 5 months ago and parts are vin registered. I went to Gosford ssangyoungg sorted in half a day at my own cost because they are to useless to sort it out. Run from them don't waste your time or money. Dad had a issue with them aswell. Love the car but not the after sale support."
