Normally I had pleasant experience for most of the subways however the staff in Botany branch are very rude and don't care about the minute details requested by customers. The lady was very rude and didn't even entertain to redeem the subway loyalty dollar'sThe man also shouted on the new trainee Multiple times, not a behaviour you would expect in front of customersThe order was also messed up as they tried to rush the ingredients, not a pleasant experience as we were surprised by their behaviour

Very bad experience with the service, not smiling & even yelling at one of the driver who takes the order from them. He looks like having an anger management toward people specially the Uber driver. Bad attitude, they can do better service if they want.

We love the vegie delights and the fillings are so fresh and crispy. The staff are friendly and polite. We always keep coming back.

The food was of poor quality and unsanitary. On top of that, there was dirt on top of the soda cans, and when we went to pay, the owner was on the phone the entire time we were at the counter, and we had to wait until another employee noticed this before we could pay for the food. Overall, it was a terrible experience. DO NOT EAT HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.The owner and staff are HORRIBLE. Food is always off, and food delivered makes you sick.PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!

It's is what you expect from Subway. Gets busy here although the staff are quick with their service. No complaints. It's just difficult to get a parking spot near by.

Wouldn't recommend coming to this place for a quick bite. I am a regular subway consumer. Was pretty disappointed when ordered for a foot long and they r being very reserved about the fillings. Definitely felt I didn't get my money worth for the sandwich.
