They came to start the work ahead of schedule Alexander completed the work in a very professional and diligent manner he was very easy to communicate with. The cost was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs roof work done

We contacted Urb’n roofing for repairs to our roof. Richard arrived promptly at the arranged time and was very thorough in examining the roof. His quote was supplied, reasonably priced and accepted by us. A commencement date was agreed upon. The work was done to a very high standard, efficiently and with minimum disruption to us. We had all the Colourbond rusted roof screws replaced (about1000), roof and solar panels cleaned then repainted and resealled.Work was completed on time and as per the quote. Richard and his team were able to accommodate our timings due to family working from home. Job was left clean and tidy. They worked in the appalling heatwave conditions. Never complained. Never swore (that I heard). Used safety rails everywhere. A job very well done. Thank-you.

Richard and Alexander from URB's Roofing were fantastic. As others have mentioned Richard arrived on time and quoted us on the spot. He also provided explanations and examples. He was even able to move up our appointment time. Alexander then completed the works with other team members. Everyone that worked on the roof was fantastic. The staff were polite, helpful and did a great job. They provided us with daily updates and made sure to communicate if they would not be able to attend due to weather. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Urb’n Roofing. In a time, when many roofing companies either did not respond to quote requests or did not have availability for weeks, Richard was responsive and could fit me in for a quote within days. I also received the written quote there and then at time of inspection.A few weeks later, one of Richard’s team, Alexander arrived on time and he was polite, professional, friendly and hard working the whole time. We were very impressed with his expertise and workmanship.Our 70 year old terracotta roof came up beautifully after Alexander’s tireless work - including repointing, rebedding, high pressure clean and flashing installation.I also loved that we didn’t have to pay a prior deposit for the works and full payment could be made once the job was done and we were satisfied.Throughly recommend Urb’n roofing and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (although hopefully we don’t have to!).

Richard and team are incredibly responsive, professional and friendly.They did a great job restoring and repainting our roof. They also fixed a leak.When we had a question a week after they'd finished, they sent someone out on a Sunday, free of charge to make sure everything was as they'd promised.

I'm very happy with the services provided by Richard from URB'n Roofing. Richard initially undertook a full inspection of the condition of the roof and flyovers, identified the deficiencies to be fixed, and gave me a full report including photos of the problem areas and a quote to address those deficiencies. Richard waived the cost of the inspection because I was going ahead with the very reasonable quote. Richard has now completed all that work himself and spent quite a bit of time on the roof attending to all the aspects to be fixed. It was value for money to gain greater peace of mind about the security of our roof.
