Bought a small hot chocolate in drive through at around 5 in the afternoon and noticed it was quite light. I pulled off the lid after we passed through, having not had a sip of my drink yet and discovered it was handed to me half empty. Waste of money, won't come back.

Really sad maccas. Very basic order but they still managed to screw it up even though my wife and I were the only ones inside the store. Toilets were closed due to the number of complaints they have been getting and we know this because the manager was being berated by someone from head office at the next table. Got replacement burger that was slightly undercookedand dropping so much oil I had to hold it over a few napkins to sop it up not to mention the huge amount of oil made the bun oily wet. Did I eat it, yes, but only because I took a second mortgage out to purchase it.Not good.On the up side, the fries were nice.

Worst McDonald’s there is.On the handful of times I have gone through drive thru here1. They have never given the correct ordered and2. The quality is so below standard -mostly burgers having multiple ingredients missing. (Photo below is chicken and cheese, half a piece of cheese and no mayonnaise)McDonald’s should be very ashamed of this chain restaurant.

Advertised as a 24/7 McDonald's but closes their systems in between 2-4am each night. As a delivery driver this can be very frustrating to fix as orders will still go through for customers. Not only are the customers orders having to be cancelled but the delivery drivers are losing money by driving to the store when orders cannot be accepted. I asked if the store was able to switch off their ordering applications during their system reset" time and they said they werent sure how. Please fix your opening hours to reflect the true times of store availability and if the managers could be trained on how to switch off their delivery application during their downtime. I have been turned away from this store too many times."

This staff is making joke out of company and customers both, clearly it's a case of false advertising where their sign says they are 24/7 but it's been a while I came 3 times in past 2 weeks around 0200 or 0300 in the morning and found these kids sitting and chilling, in the drive through they say we are upgrading, I am myself a regional manager of a well known company and I know when there is any update all branches of the company get updated at the same time. after getting refused by these fellows, when I go to seven hills or blacktown McDonald's I find them fully operational if someone from head office is reading this please take action or change the night supervisor who isn't able to run the business at night.

I ordered big mac drive thru after I got home I figured out there was actually no meat in the burger. I called the branch to speak with the manager he said this is all we can do. What a joke McDonald is in this country unbelievable!!

The 2 star rating is because of the state of the bathrooms, they’re absolutely disgusting. Seriously, they’d need a team of professional cleaners to get them back to an acceptable condition. I’d post photos but don’t want to subject anyone else to it

Always giving minimal amount of effort preparing food. Long wait times, consistently having you park your car in the parking bay because they have not got your drive through order prepared. Defeats the purpose of a drive through. The fries pictured below is a Large fries, shocking amount served. I once went through their drive through and I had to tell the staff I was still ordering 3 times, they kept cutting me off and asking me to drive through. Poor customer service noted 85% of the times I have been there.

I just off the top it's a bit hard to say with atmosphere was like when I was in the drive-thru but going by the stuff they're cordial I love a bit of a joke. Wonderful even when there is no ice cream somehow they managed to do my flurry amazing.Ty

Ordered a double sausage and egg muffin, was handed a single sausage and egg muffin to which I gave it back at the drive thru window letting the lady know the mistake, the girl took it back and what I was given back was the same muffin but they'd thrown on an extra patty and egg, no extra cheese.Me, knowing mcdonalds procedures, they are supposed to make a fresh one and discard any food given back.I'm giving 3 stars because the manager I called was friendly, understanding and offered a quick solution and also the coffee I ordered was really nice and well made.Losing 2 stars for the lady who took back the muffin without giving proper instruction to the back crew and the people cooking on the line that were lazy to make a fresh one as per procedure.Mcdonalds training is next to none, follow the training offered to you and you'll have no problems.
