2nd time I been back to this place and ordered in a mug to dine in and pointed it out to the staff member the dine in mug size that I wanted and my order came out in the take away cup again. I felt very discriminated against again. Disgusting and u dont want to be treated like a second class citizen don't go there.

I was here for breakfast with a friend. The customer service we experienced was incredible! The food was very quick coming out. The food itself was very reflective of the price point. Overall still a good dining experience.

IF YOU CANT FULFIL ORDERS DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. Kitchen Staff here work low quality. Ordered on door dash before 2pm. 20 minutes before closing in the app.Chips, Caesar salad and iced mocha.It seems just because it’s the end of the the staff have chosen to make food in any quality and send it off to be able to leave. My order took a long time. 40minutes to make. When it arrived my salad had soggy uncooked calamari which was on top of the salad despite my notes saying put on the side. Beyond that the salad was empty. The egg was undercooked with raw egg white. The salad came hot, limp and sweaty. The fries were undercooked showing they rushed the whole meal and couldn’t even leave chips in a fryer for the appropriate amount of time. Not ordering again. I’ve worked in hospitality for 10 years and Your staff don’t respect food or customers clearly.You look at the meal and using common sense it’s obvious it’s not acceptable to give a customer. Staff needs training or management to actually view what they send out.

My partner and I ordered lunch to be picked up from the Coffee Club Strathpine today. I ordered eggs benedict with spinach and salmon, and two hash browns. When I got home I realised there was no hollandaise sauce and my food had been roughly thrown into the box causing both eggs to burst and the hash browns to fall apart (pictured). It's barely edible. My partner ordered a burger and chips but didn't get any chips. The Coffee Club Strathpine used to be good but this is extremely disappointing. We won't be returning again.

Lovely breakfast, friendly staff, we visit often for breakfast. But sadly we won’t be visiting again out of principal. First time charged a fee for using Eftpos, savings with inserting the card. Thank you for responding to my review below. As you can see, I mentioned we used saving and inserted the card, as per your response we should, then we should not have been charged a fee.

I was recently at The Coffee Club in Strathpine. I had an Iced Latte and the crispy chicken burger. The food was really tasty and fresh. The service was friendly and really fast. A very unassuming little cafe / restaurant but I'd highly recommend them.

Coffee and tea was great. Smashed avocado was a bit messy on a plate, bread was soggy, not toasted properly, but avocado was tasty and creamy. Amazing service. Cutlery was served on a separate plate and found that it is absolutely essential for any Restaurant and Cafe to do! Ryan is a major credit to your business with his very friendly and helpful service. I think we will come back again.

Extremely long wait times. Had to wait over an hour for our lunch. Mum went up to ask where her meal was 10 mins after my daughter and I were served and was told there was a 20min wait. It had already been over an hour and she ordered before us. Just ridiculous!
