For a corporate gig a friend mentioned they used RTR to provide sound system, projector, lighting. They recommend using smaller (less expensive to hire) but more top end equipment that really filled the room and made the night .Encouraged by my friends experience I contacted RTR about an event I was managing .They explained ,designed and installed everything I needed, including multi zone audio and lighting. I've used RTR on some of my larger scale events, where they have provided AV, communications and rigging/staging services. Their rigging has always been top notch, and they've also provided stage extensions for me, ensuring set up is always completed ahead of schedule. Their AV equipment and operators have always been exceptional, their crew easily among the best I've worked with, and I know of no other company who will provide better value for money. They have always gone over and above when it comes to troubleshooting any last minute problems or changes. I couldn't recommend them highly enough - I will never go through any other company now when it comes to events where I need external equipment/rigging/operators.

I ordered an audio system for our small school in the inner west. Drew took the time before I purchased anything to find out what our needs are exactly and how we plan on using it. As a result we ordered equipment that was right for our needs. Upon delivery, he took the time to show me how to set it up, he colour coded everything to ensure we could all use it in the future. The RTR guys are the best. they provide great technical advice, always have your order ready before you pick it up and everything is tested to make sure you never get a problem off site. Which means events always run smoothly when it comes to sound. they make that aspect as easy as it could be.I've put on many events and have never had an issue. They are especially supportive when we put on charity events and go to extra lengths to ensure our charity events are profitable as the budgets are generally tight.The expertise, experience, quality and pricing is great. We used RTR Productions for my daughter's 18th birthday party. The staff were extremely helpful in explaining how to hook up the sound system, speakers, mixer, lights and smoke machine. The RTR Productions equipment really got the party going. I recommend RTR and will use them again for our next function.
