They have come up an absolute treat and I honestly can’t believe how white the grout is once again. Thanks for also cleaning my rug and removing the red wine stain. Absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service provided by John and Jade! I had some stubborn stains on my carpet that I didn't think would ever come out, but they managed to remove them all to perfection in no time at all. My carpet now looks as good as new! I called early on the weekend and was pleasantly surprised to have the job completed within just 2 hours. The team truly went above and beyond, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Quality service!Had the team round to steam the carpets, buff and seal the tiles and could not be happier.The kids definitely did not make their job easy with all their left over stain handiwork, it is as if there were never texter, crayon, playdough etc stains to begin with.. very impressed.Tiles and grout lines are like-new again.Friendly team of boys and very accommodating.Will definitely have Prestige Cleaning back again in the future.

Heartfelt thanks to John for going above and beyond in rescuing us when ineffective communication with our construction company resulted in us having no mattresses to sleep on when we had to return to our house at the completion of works. He came out at 7.00pm that night with our bedding and showed compassion and kindness when we were exhausted. As well, the next day he bought out our 5 rugs that he'd cleaned twice. This type of service is rare these days and we were so grateful for his professionalism, humanity and high standard.
