Shelley is amazing. She knows exactly what areas need targeting and talks you through what’s she doing. Her expertise is very clear and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed in her hands. My muscles felt so much better after my appointment. Highly recommend!

Shelly is amazing. Started seeing 3 months ago due to frozen neck, and now get monthly maintenance, to be able to do more and be more mobile is amazing. Havent looked back.Extremely, highly recommend seeing Shelly

I've been seeing Naomi for almost a year now and she is an excellent myotherapist. She really knows her stuff. I always feel better after visiting her. In addition she is kind and funny and we always have some good laughs. I strongly recommend Naomi for anybody needing a thorough and helpful massage.
