Doug was the most amazing accountant. The process of submitting a tax return has always been so daunting for me, but Doug made the process a breeze. He scheduled in a phone appointment for a time after work hours for me. He was punctual, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Always a pleasure with Easy Tax & Accounting. Doug did a marvelous job explaining the whole process and things to consider when I first completed my tax returns with him. Since then I have always been back every year. Douglas truly does makes tax time so easy!! The flexibility of face to face, skype or phone appointments is a highlight for me, especially with young children. Douglas always takes the the time to ensure I'm getting the most out of my tax return and is always available to answer any questions. Excellent customer service, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

I've had these guys do my tax twice now, first with Doug and most recently with Tunny. Both super-professional but also really relaxed and easy to talk to. Really efficient while also allowing time for any questions or comments you might have. Will continue using them in the future. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Doug more highly. His attention to detail, his knowledge and his friendly demeanor make tax time (almost) fun. I love that I can drop into the office or via Skype. He's also been great in dealing with the ATO when they have been somewhat difficult. I've recommended many friends chat to Doug and I constantly get text messages of 'I love Doug' after they've check in with him. He's a gem.

Doug is a fantastic conversationalist. I'm not even sure if I went in for a tax appointment or for a catch up with a dear old friend.As it was my first time lodging a tax return through a tax agent, Doug really made me question why I had previously decided to lodge taxes myself anyways!He made it easy to understand, asked a lot of questions to gain a further understanding of my situation and explained to me the next steps once the assessment had been lodged.Fantastic, comprehensive and best of all, just Easy!Why can't more interactions with people/organizations be like this?Thanks again for all your help.Kind Regards,Nikesh
