'Don't Fret Pet!' Sydney

This was a very last minute first placement. Margaret could not have been more helpful and Elizabeth is a fuss-free gem. I had every confidence in leaving Cooper with her.

We used Don't Fret Pet's services and they paired us with a lovely minder Muriell. From the first meet and greet we were put at ease that she would take care of our dog with lots of love and patience. Muriell was very accommodating with letting us visit her house a couple times before the actual drop off. She also provided us with picture updates of how our dog was doing while we were on holidays. On pick up we could tell our dog was very well looked after. We wouldn't hestiate to use the service again in the future.

Highly recommend. Don’t fret pet assess your needs in depth to ensure they find a minder suitable for your pet locally. (E.g I required a minder who would allow my dog to sleep in their bedroom and couldn’t be minded with any other dogs or be on her own for long periods of time and this was always delivered) I used this service for my greyhound for 5 years and it made owning a pet so much less stressful when going away! My Maggie had 2 regular minders who she was always excited to see and loved visiting and when her regular minders were not available the ladies at don’t fret pet went above and beyond to find another minder. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you don’t fret pet!

Wonderful experience! My little Jasper is 15 with deteriorating eyesight and hearing so I was hesitant to kennel him anymore and came across Don't Fret Pet. My initial communication with Margaret was friendly and very helpful, and she paired us up with Sheila who is just lovely and took wonderful care of him. A seamless and stress-free experience and would definitely recommend.

'Don't Fret Pet' offers an amazing personalised service. I have used them multiple times to provide a home for my dog (Rosie) when I've been travelling with work. Their dog minders are all lovely people who clearly love dogs and provided a safe and loving home for Rosie in my absence. We returned to one family several times and Rosie absolutely loved them, they became a home-away-from-home for her. They coped brilliantly with Rosie's idiosyncracies and were incredibly kind and warm towards her. I'm now leaving Sydney and very sorry to have to say goodbye to Rosie's second family. We will miss you!

Olivia was accommodating regarding my dog Smileys care. Her family came out to meet Smiley which was reassuring. When I collected Smiley she was calm happy ( having spent most of the four days in family members laps and playing with their dog). Highly recommend Olivia.

This is an absolutely brilliant service - I can't recommend it highly enough! Like a lot of dog owners, we wanted to leave our Charlie with someone who would love and care for him the way we do rather than do it simply for the money. That's where Don't Fret Pet's unique model comes into play - the vetting process is thorough and the minders do it because they genuinely adore dogs (not always the case with other agencies). We were lucky enough to be put in touch with the wonderful Mandy & Paul who took superb care of Charlie, putting our minds at ease so we could enjoy our time away. Our dog Wally, has just spent a wonderful 6 weeks with Sasha and Warren in their home in Cherrybrook. We had almost daily updates and photos and were able to visit him for walks, throughout his stay. We won’t hesitate to recommend Don’t Fret Pet, and Sasha and Warren to our family and friends. It was a perfect home away from home for our boy.
