Watch Station

I buy from watch station quite often. Shiva always helps me for me Its easier when he is around.He understands my taste and i think he is a good sales man too. Everytime i think am not going to spend alot on watch, he just makes me buy one.

I bought some watches from the store, I was served by Shiv. He gave me tax invoices for the second time, when I told him that I wasn't able to get the se done from Fossil store, then he told me that watch station and Fossil are a same team. He took my transaction details and went to Fossil store, got the tax invoices from them as well. He is a great asset to your team, he wasn't getting paid for going out of store, still he invested his time. You can't go beyond that in terms of customer service. Really happy with the experience.

The service was amazing! There were quite a few customers but Louis made sure to attend to everyone, and made us feel important. We changed our minds a few times but he stayed patient and really friendly. He gave us good recommendations! The watch was very nice, packed up nicely, and we left very happy!!

I am so happy to get such a good deal and personalised service at the store with Priya who made sure that I buy the right watch as per my choice and need.She was so patient and polite and gave me all the attention I needed even though the store was busy.A big shoutout to her for giving me an amazing experience at the store, definitely going back again to buy more watches

My original plan was to buy something under $ 100 just for work. And I was planning to buy it from fossil. Me and my wife looked at watch station first. Louis (I hope the spelling is correct) helped us. He showed us some models, asked how our day is, recommended some models and told us about the differences in technical ways. We left to go fossil, stopped at timeless watch too but we didn't even look at all watches as we were very pleased with the service and extra care we had from Louis. Before we even went in to timeless watch my wife said to me let's go back to Louis" :)We ended up buying an emporio Armani with triple the price we were willing to spend and we were happy when we left the store. Sale people like Louis don't exist anymore. They include a personal touch in their service to make you feel that you're being served by a human just like you

I recently visited this store and had a very good shopping experience. Shop assistant named Priya served me and as I have no knowledge about watches she really took her time to explain which one might suit my need. Really satisfied with my purchase. Just here to thank her.

After visiting all of the watch shops at DFO, and having terrible experiences with staff who just didn't want to be at work, we thought we'd try out Watch station, at the recommendation of a friend. We were served by the magnificent Priya, who was patient, empathetic, caring and helped us find the perfect watch for a belated gift. Priya assisted us with finding the perfect watch, and another shop assistant by the name of Misa, put together a custom order for us. Both of the shop assistants were helpful, had a smile and were just great to deal with. Store Manager, give these two a pay rise!!!
