I wanted to give no stars. Today, I found the shoes I wanted in the Hobart store. The staff member was dealing with another customer. It was a complicated issue. I was not acknowledged but happy to wait. I sat on the couch with the chosen shoes. After about 15 minutes the purchase with the customer was complete and the staff member said to me We are closed" I said "Why didn't you tell me that earlier. I have waited ages." She said "You have not and we are closed. Some staff training may help her and please tell her "Never

Was struggling to find the right pair of shoes for long time. Jody and Gave helped me to understanding and trouble shoot the actual problem and find the right pair though other team members I met before showed very little effort.

Our first time there and was very impressed by the lady serving us for shoes for our grandson. When they didn't have his size in the style he initially wanted she referred us to a different retailer we could try.

There was no quick recognition that I was in store at first so I waited patiently. When served was told that the product I asked for was out of stock until some time next week. No taking my name and number to advise me when the stock arrived. The new staff there need lessons in customer service!

I brought a pair of Hoka shoes for work this was my second pair after the pair was faulty returned them for another pair which the stiching is failing on both shose I went into the Athlete's foot in Hobart to see if the would swap them but a apparently it was out of the six month policy they would not exchange them after having the new pair on in the shop it was embarrassing I had to take them off and put my old pair back I work in a retail business that deals with shose and we do exchange shoes well over 12 months depending very poor you would think they would go the extra mile for customers satisfaction these shoe went cheap $270 I need these shoes for work as I walk 10 14 klm a day disappointed and embarrassed thank you The Athletes Foot Hobart

The staff was so Cooperative they know how to deal with customers and they recommend best shoes according to my feet measurement and these shoes are really comfortable
