Talked through a build with Luke and supported by Steve. Great service, advice, reasonable price, no hard sell, great result. (Not to mention the young lady I dealt with at the desk at pick up who helped me lug stuff outside to the car. Apologies for not recalling her name). Thanks folks.

Great online and in-store service. I was planning to buy a monitor arm, which was not available at the time when I emailed them. However, Luke was kind enough to send me a follow up when the item is finally in-stock. They offer a variety of products with competitive prices. ive been helped by luke and steve and a few other staff since a very long time ago starting at the mellvile store but its gone now RIP, but i need to say that i have been extremely gratefull for all their help they are very friendly, we talk about lots they allways find time to help ,the service is awesome and the computers they've built 4 me or assisted in tech issues ive had has been exemplary, parts are terrific and if they havent what i want they get it in very fast 4 me ,they allways make time to help even if they are flat out busy... you guys RULE ...seriously i wont go anywhere else ,my newest comp they built 4 me with my parts choices is going really awesome and i trust them fully in every way... best comp shop ive had the pleasure of finding thank you guys !!!!! #1 shop cheers !

came in to have my laptop checked cause it's been working slow, the staff was really knowledgeable and explained to me the details of what may be the issue and how he could fix it,, i was also very pleased to receive extremely helpful input on whether getting a repair or buying a new laptop would be more worth it

An excellent experience. I have a late-model performance laptop that requires a tough-to-get-a-hold-of new RAM configuration. Steve & Luke maintained excellent communication, and they even installed the RAM at my request--which turned out to be a much more involved process than I expected. Will definitely return and would highly recommend. While the service might be a bit slower when you arrive due to their small staff and store footprint, it's well worth the wait.

I'm full time WFH and my PC died first thing Monday morning. Try as i might it was dead but a quick call to Luke at Storm got me a new build by COB Tuesday! Luke checked the shelves and picked out a build that suited me perfectly, with enough empty slots to transfer the disks from the old PC. Can't say enough about how quick and smart this service was. Support your local shop and use these guys!
