Align Pilates Studio

Love coming here for my weekly Pilates session, I always feel so great after. Catherine and the team are professional and knowledgable. It’s the perfect workout in a great environment!

This is my first time ever doing pilates. Am loving it, I particularly like how supportive Sydney has been with helping me do it right. The studio is so well set up, great environment and feel. Am signing up to be a regular!!

Fantastic Pilates studio! I have taken the reformer Pilates/Pilates/Barre classes and will continue to take classes at align studio.The staff are always so friendly (especially Catherine & Darcie) and give helpful corrections for technique. Classes in person and online are never the exact same, so always challenging and learning new things. Studio is also a super cute clean space.

Catherine and the whole team at Align Pilates Studio are great, both really encouraging and helpful.I thoroughly enjoy coming to Pilates, both reformer and Barre offer a great workout. After just a few months of 1-2 sessions per week, my lower back pain has disappeared. I continue to feel the benefits of regular practice in my flexibility, strength, and general health.

The owner has put some much time, money and thought into creating such a beautiful space. Group classes taught by high level instructors who are able to explain exercises thoroughly and correct clients technique in the class to make sure everyone is completing the exercises correctly/safely. A fantastic full body work-out!

Align Pilates is so much more than a studio to attend for Barre and Reformer classes - it's a place for people to come together and engage in self care, friendly conversation and laughter.Catherine and Merran have both been nothing but welcoming, warm and attentive since my very first session in mid 2017. The studio is immaculate and very well cared for, and the class sizes are small enough to give you the confidence that if you're doing something incorrectly, it'll be picked up and corrected in no time. I enjoy both the barre and reformer classes equally, with barre providing more of a cardio work out, and reformer providing more weight/resistance training.I look forward to my classes every week - I'm feeling stronger, more poised and more confident with every session, and am so happy I found them!
