After a treatment with Shira I was refreshed, relaxed and ready to go again. She has helped reduced the swelling in my knee and made me more aware of what goes on in my feet. Highly recommend.

Shira is amazing, I have had her support for my health for many years. Often I arrive to see her struggling with inflammation, fluid retention and generally feeling awful. Post a treatment I am relaxed and reinvigorated, within 24 hours my fluid and inflammation feel gone. Highly recommend.
