I recently ordered some of the gorgeous Pantone products from Seaga and I made some errors in my order. The consultant who assisted me, Esther, was patient, helpful and lightning quick in replying to my emails and enquiries. Everything is in order now and I have received, on the same day, confirmation of delivery and tracking, as well as a goodwill non-postal fee, for what was my own mistake. Absolutely outstanding service. I will definitely continue to give this Victoria based company my custom. Highly recommend!

My wife was after a colour of the year mug, but it wasn't on sale in Australia. She spoke to seaga and when it became available they rang and let us know. We ordered and it arrived in just a few days (which is great for rural Aus).Unfortunately, the mug handle had broken in transit (it happens). Again we have to contacted Seaga and they sent another out to us express post. All in all, great service. Things don't always go right, but they handled it like professionals and we are very happy.

Corey was very quick in reaching out to me when I first emailed them this morning & helped me order exactly what I needed with ease. One particuarly helpful thing was since they didn't have in-stock part of my order, they went ahead and sent me what they did have on hand, but will send out the rest in a few weeks when it comes in - but they're only charging me the shipping fees the one time. We really appreciate that. Cheers, guys! Great customer service!
