Narelle simply just knows her stuff! Expert tuition and knowledge which for me, with multiple injury and back issues, is a blessing as I trust and find that I CAN do exercise in a safe supportive setting. Inspire Pilates
I have been doing mat Pilates, reformer and cardio Pilates with Narelle for around two years. There is always good variety to the classes and equipment used. Narelle keeps her groups small so is able to assess how everyone is going and make any necessary corrections which is really important especially if you have had a previous injury.

Narelle and Tony provide a professional, customised fitness experience in a friendly, positive environment. Evolve is a great local fitness studio for Coolum and I’d recommend it for anybody looking to get and stay fit and healthy.Narelle is a caring, attentive pilates instructor who is able to modify her classes to the needs of everyone in her class.I always leave Narelle’s sessions feeling refreshed, refocused and energised.

The experience at Inspire Pilates is one of calm professionalism. Narelle is a great instructor with a keen eye for detail ensuring that you get the maximum benefit from all the exercises she prepares for you. In addition the studio is exceptionally well equipped, light and airy in a tranquil and beautiful setting as well as very personal with no more than two people sharing the facility at any one time. I cannot recommend Narelle and Inspire Pilates highly enough, whether a new-comer to Pilates or more experienced. John
