Very pushy, staff obviously Commission based. Also the YouTube ads for this franchise are obnoxiously sexist, would not step foot inside ever again

Went in for my routine engagement ring inspection and the ladies were lovely, quick and even gave it a polish/clean.

Had such a lovely in store experience, the ladies were so nice, friendly and welcoming. They were only too happy to help answer questions and even discreetly slipped my boyfriend a card with the details of a ring that I liked!

Id rate Michael Hill in Launceston a 10/5 if possible, VERY happy with the professionalism of the staff, I mainly dealt with Melissa and she went above and beyond helping me with the purchase I made and the right way to go about it, every single staff member in there were so cheerful and lovely and made great conversation, I don't usually leave reviews on anything but these ladies deserve a good review I highly recommend this place, thank you very much
