Love my new baby so sweet and loves to sit on my shoulder thank u to the staff I’m more than happy with my new mate

the animals at this store are completely neglected. Every time I go in I see cages of birds that are sitting on the floor, fluffed up, tail bobbing, covered in their own feces, with swollen nares and crust on their eyes, or lethargic and unresponsive. These are characteristics of very sick birds. These animals are not sourced with their wellbeing or comfort in mind.Water in their trays is green with algae and bacteria growth, cages are filthy, fish are kept in far too small tanks without proper enrichment or space.Toys being sold are old stock and more than once I have found items with either mould or rust, which poses a huge risk to birds.I am shocked that I have to write this again. It appears the website manager or store owner had blocked or hidden my last review as no one could see it unless viewed from my account.if the treatment of these animals does not improve I will be contacting the RSPCA and animal welfare agencies. it is not okay to exploit and neglect animals for profit. if you can't take care of them, stick to selling toys and pet supplies.a

Was given 1 zebra finch in a small cage a week ago. Bought very large cage/avary 2 days ago. Went to Squawks yesterday. Had a wonderful variety of birds, in particular finches, my favourite. Woman who served me (owner ?? ) was absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable. Left with 1 more zebra finch and 2 gouldian finches. Got home and placed them into my cage. Match made in heaven. All bird get along famously . Total relief, total happiness. Thanks again Squawks.

I have only recently found this pet store and am so happy that I did. Owner, Michelle is lovely to deal with.

Always a friendly store to visit, good range of stock and owner is very knowledgeable on all things pets (parrots in our case). Any question we may ask, Michelle generally knows the answer, if not, she will find out.

Amazing helpful staff. Dog grooming was of a high quality. So excited they do afterpay now.

If you want to go to a pet shop that can answer your questions, this is the place to go to.The owner is very experienced in all types of pets and their care.

Great place to visit needed my parrot fix, and the lovely lady was only too happy to have a chat. 100 % recommend a visit.

Does have good bird seed for different types of birds but I felt bad how all the the same types of birds were shoved in one cage. Should only have at least two birds per enclosure so they get space. I never knew a Lorikeet could be a pet I thought they were a wild species. And so noisy with all the birds chirping and the rabbit sitting in his hutch between the cages looked stressed from the noise. Hope the animals aren't left there overnight. I had to get out of there as I have a parrot at home and I felt so bad for these animals.

I bought some cockatiels from there.Michelle is a definite animal lover who does not steal you money like the larger companies do. Michelle is so passionate about her shop.Please send more to support her
