Well organised and expertly run weekly athletics competition for U6 - U17 athletes. All weather facilities and a synthetic track (just like Olympic Park!) with loads of parking, loads of viewing places and an awesome bunch of volunteers running the whol shebang like a bunch of pro's.

I have three kids doing it. Love the relaxing, enjoyable environment that is run by wonderful volunteers. Some parent duties but they're fun.

MWLAC is a friendly, well-run, energetic, fun and high-achieving Little A's centre. Based at the Academy of Sport & Recreation track at Narrabeen, kids up to U17's can run, jump, walk, and throw while having fun during Spring and Summer months. Learn the basics, or improve your skills with eager volunteers and qualified Coaches.
