Very friendly staff with amazing meats and small goods.

Meat was good, the rump was enjoyable but sausages had lots of hard gristle bits.

This place used to be awesome. Not sure what has happened. Kabana still good, but their weisswurst is tasteless and watery, chicken sausages mushy, beef ones very mincey. All the gourmet ingredients and expensive prices, but textures all wrong. Shame.

On par with butcher on street but has super friendly staff. This makes the difference for us when deciding where to go. Quality free range and organic options. Highly recommend.Ps. Get in early to see full range they have to offer, they are pretty popular!

Our go to place for quality meats and small goods. Customer for over 25 years,(probably more) and have never been disappointed. Not the cheapest, but definitely value for money when the premium quality is taken in to account.

The best Cheese Kransky ever devised and made on Planet Earth. Worth a special trip. Everything else is amazing too, but getting sent to Yarraville from Epping every fortnight just to buy Cheese Kransky's attests to their addictive perfection.

I regularly trek across suburbs to visit Andrew’s of Yarraville. Their selection of gourmet, preservative-free sausages is second to none. German-style Weisswurst, Bratwurst, Polish Kransky, Greek Horiatiko and a lamb sausage with feta and garlic, the Italian fennel and pork - tried them all and they are excellent. My picky pre-schooler won’t eat regular sausages but these are a firm favorite. The other cuts I’ve tried, butterflied lamb legs, pork cutlets, free-range chicken, beef ribs marinated in plum sauce... This butcher is exceptional. Andrew, I am assuming, can give advice on cuts, preparation, cooking times, and companion recipes. They also have an excellent selection of condiments, European deli items, cheeses and free-range eggs. No, it’s not cheap. If you want cheap meat, go to the supermarket. I have changed my family’s grocery habits to be less meat (1-2 meals a week), more fish, more veggies - more ethical and more delicious. A trip to Andrew’s once a month - stock up the freezer, and feast like a king. Truly the sausage king of Melbourne.
