This apartment was very well located, comfortable and spacious for 3 adults. It has all the features you would expect (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with essential appliances, washing machine and dryer facilities etc). The host, Lindsay, was friendly and responded promptly to any messages. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay just outside of the Sydney CBD, but within walking distance of the North Sydney train station and very proximate to the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Located in a nice neighbourhood and easy to get around. Overall a very positive experience!

Please see images of the falsely advertised house on airbnb site!!!My family has had to avoid exposed live electrical wiring, leaking pipes and sewer, taps that do not work... it is dangerous, a health risk and totally unacceptable.Unfortunately we had no choice but to stay for the few weeks as our circumstances did not permit a relocation.Is this house typical of airbnb ?Is this the standard of quality of an airbnb house ?This house is UNSAFE !!!It has exposed wiringIt has sewer leaking over a pathIt has wet and slippery pathsLeaking water in the laundryNo light in the laundryDoors that DO NOT LOCKWindows that do not closeNo Oven for cookingNo suitable heating for winterCupboards that are so dirty and not suitable to hang any clothesTaps in the kitchen that DO NOT WORK PROPERLYNo door handle on the bathroom doorA clothes line is held up by old building materialA poorly ( if any) maintained gardenNot sufficient smoke detectors throughout the house.Windows covered / boarded upBroken blinds and curtains that do not work.And the Host requested a 5 Star rating.... Really ??You be the judge... Its disgusting..

About the property it’s not like what you see in the photos at all as it not to tidy and clean. The house not make you feels like you’re in holidays house and not so welcoming either. Feel bad to respond and complain but if you’re continuing and being treat as you will now i will not recommend anyone to stay at this property.The toilet feels uncomfortable there’s no extra bathmat to dry your feet after taking shower as the water will spill everywhere. The soap for you to use just like they dont think you use frequently.About safety the access door from backyard not a good lock thats you feels a bit worried to sleep at night as there no blinds. The outside sitting are not theres.The kitchen dont have a bin to throw yours rubbish instead i just use a grocery plastic to put my rubbish. There’s not fully have enough utensil for you to use.Just pleased upgrade a bit about how you’re going to have pleasant a customer otherwise you will keep make people unhappy with your rental properties.The garden should have a well maintained and the grass keeps grow and we don’t knows what’s in theres and could be harmed your Airbnb customer.You should be able get a right amount from what you’re asking for us to pay and stay as i feels I’m paying to much for the house in my situation as i have a high expectation from your properties photo.

Lindsay was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful.The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Great place to stay. Unit was clean, comfy beds, lots of room for 4 people. Location was perfect for city visits, airport and coles etc next door. Had one issue trying to find door from carpark. Instructions could be a bit better as no mobile signal in carpark area. Overall excellent woyld stay here again. Thanks...

The house is as exactly as shown in the photos, just simply beautiful and very homey. The fact that it has just been recently renovated makes it even better. Everything looks new. All basic amenities were provided as advertised including complimentary bags of tea. Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, windows, bedsheets were all squeaky clean. TV, washing machine and dryer all working fine. Heating provided in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Lots of windows, lots of sunlight access which I really love!

This place is absolutely fantastic, clean, organised and the host has made sure to keep all the daily needs ready for us to make our stay comfortable. Easy commutation via public transport to other places in walking distance as well.Additionally the view of the river and park just opposite of it is mesmerising, we loved everyday of our stay.

The unit is spacious and in a convenient location. It is about an eight minute walk from North Sydney station, so that is very convenient for getting around. Coles supermarket is 5 minute walk so again very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. It was clean and functional. The beds are comfortable and good bedding. It was also very useful to have a desk in each bedroom.There are however a few items that should be addressed;1) there are 2 entrances to the complex the check-in procedures do not tell you this. You need to take the South entrance on both Walker St and Harnett St2) there is a hanging light in the kitchen. It is far too low and was obviously designed to overhang a breakfast bar. If you are any taller than 5ft 4in you will bang your head off this light fixture.3) there are 2 steps inside the unit. These are very dangerous because it looks like they’re all on the same level, so it is very easy to trip. The steps should be clearly marked.4) they should provide a Nespresso machine as there are no coffee shops that close to the unit5) this is the biggest showstopper of all only one set of house keys were provided despite my asking for a second one. We were 2 people staying in the two-bedroom with different schedules. It was most inconvenient for us with only one set of keys, this is an easy problem to fix and will definitely be a show stopper for me ever recommending this place or staying at it again.

Lovely well kept unit. Great views of Sydney from balcony. Handy to restaurants and supermarket. Very helpful and friendly hosts
