Our Air Con died prior to Xmas, 20 year old split system. Lasers had an on call service, were prompt to try and help us, communicated with us all the time. We had a new system put in, they put us as a priority and got a new system very promptly. They spent the day installing it, came on time, were very efficient, even sent us photos & details of their work. They also looked after my tied up dog as I was @ work when this all happened.Great job guys & the system is terrific, very thankful during this hot spell.Certainly recommend Laser Electrical

We can highly recommend using Laser Electrical based on our experience. We sourced quotes from several businesses for ducted heating and cooling for a new build and Laser came up with the best layout and price. Communication at all times was brilliant, very responsive, both with office staff and the fellas installing. The work was done quickly and the boys always cleaned up immaculately. Very happy customers here! Thanks in particular to Leigh who oversaw the job!

Jimmy was fantastic with my solar install, always quick to reply to emails & help with how to apply. The boys arrived on time, were friendly & professional the whole time (even towards my insane dog). Job was done in a day, and made sure I knew how to use the system before they left.

I recently had Laser put in air condition in my new home. The whole team were polite and professional. The quote was better than I could find anywhere else and the product is brilliant (Mitsubishi split system) The after sales support I received from the manager Leigh was excellent. He communicated with me promptly at every turn. It is so rare these days to find service the way it should be. Ten out of ten, would recommend.

Originally made contact with Laser 2 1/2 weeks ago for a quote to install a Mitsubishi split system. The split system was installed last Thursday. The tradesmen went about their business in a very professional manner and had the unit up and running with hours. Excellent service and awesome tradies. A HUGE thank you from Kath & Mal Pallot.
