I wanted to see these products in store after seeing them countless times in my social media feed. So glad I came in to test the comfort. I had my heart set on one particular model but after sitting with another for a while I changed my mind. All my questions were answered well by David who provided excellent customer service. Although we aren’t ready to purchase in full we’ve secured our choice with a holding deposit and we’re looking forward to a relaxing and comfortable summer.

David was most responsive and helpful. He knew his product range and made an interstate purchase easy.

Soooooo disappointed with my Noosa Sunlounge delivery today. Box was delivered damaged and the legs of the sunlounge damaged also. Phoned the delivery company and emailed Lavita Furniture - no response.Communication has been difficult the whole way through the sale through to delivery (partly my fault for the initial delivery) but the overall sale process, quality and customer service has been challenging.Very disappointing to receive a delivery in this condition from what appeared to be a quality retailer.

I drove two hours to get to Lavita Outdoor Furniture.I was greeted by a lovely young man named David. I had looked at their lounges on-line but thought it best to come into the store and try them out. David was very happy to show me around and new his craft. I advised him exactly what I was after and he showed me a lounge suite that would suit my house as the space was not very big. I ended up buying the lounge David recommended and was able to try it out in store. It is so comfortable and exactly what I was after. As we went downstairs I asked about the outdoor furniture, once again David was a fantastic help and I purchased a 9 piece outdoor table & chairs. The transaction went very smoothly. David explained about shipping & time it would take for my lounge to be made & how long before I receive my purchases. I left the store extremely happy and give credo to David for his outstanding customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased my outdoor sofa today and am expecting delivery soon. So far my experience with the company has been excellent. David (the manager) is very personable and professional. From selecting the item through to sorting the finer details and then purchasing, all was easy and very well handled. Excellent so far, I look forward to receiving the sofa.
