We engaged BTT Engineering to complete and weight upgrade on a caravan we had purchased whose chassis had been modified. Cannot speak more highly of Jeremy who we dealt with from start to finish. What ended up being a far more protracted and complicated process than we had ever anticipated, Jeremy helped us with every step of the way. If there was ever an example of 'going over and above the call of duty', this was definitely our experience with BTT engineering. They agreed to do a simple drawing, i made two follow ups on the progress and was assured they had more then enough capacity to do the job. they failed to communicate with me on an update. they promised they would have it completed by the end of the day as it was an easy job. they never called me and detracted from all responsibility after 3 months of contact or more. i highly recommend to avoid them. they should be ashamed under the current conditions Australians in manufacturing a facing at the moment.

All i can say is that Jeremy and his boss from BTT are the people you want. They went above and beyond for myself and my wife. I can't thank them enough for all the work they did on our 80 series Land Cruiser. If you want people who care BTT engineering is the only way to go. Very professional.
