A great gym, run by likeable, friendly professional Rob Thornton.Rob knows his stuff and has helped me tremendously with my lower back issues. Setting programs and exercises and personally supervising and guiding to make sure I’m getting full benefit from my workout. With his help I’m feeling a whole lot better now. Thanks Rob.I can highly recommend this gym to anyone of any age

Thanks Rob and Hayden once again for looking after me while in the Vale. Very friendly and experienced to allow for my injuries, but also push me to my limits. And a friendly bunch to train with and enjoy coffee with afterwards. See you again soon.
