Heritage delivered the most beautiful and personal service. We couldn’t have asked for better care and dignity for Mum. It was lovely to have the same staff with you the whole journey as well. They were beyond professional and compassionate but by the end they honestly felt like family. We couldn’t recommend David and the Team and Heritage enough.

We buried my mum today. I cannot thank Judith and Simon enough. Working with Judith leading up to the funeral was easy and stress free. I highly recommend Australian Heritage Funerals as nothing was too much trouble or rushed. Judith was compassionate and patient during this difficult time. Thank you again for everything.

David was just amazing. We made contact with Heritage Funerals prior to Dad's passing to confirm there was a prearranged funeral in place and I just knew then we would be in good hands, when the time came. Our first interaction with Australian Heritage Funerals was sudden and unexpected. Our mother passed in the early hours of the morning and we were in shock. I spoke to David Jutsum on the phone and knew immediately our mother would be cared for with the utmost dignity and respect.Our experience with the entire team that morning and over the following week was nothing short of exceptional. The detail shown at every stage ensured we had the most beautiful funeral we could have asked for.I don’t have enough words to adequately describe how we and Mum were cared for by David, Simon, Tony and the entire team. They made what was a very sad and stressful time, as relaxed and seamless as we could have expected.Thank you for your care and respect. We will never forget your compassion and professionalism.

My mother passed away unexpectedly 2 weeks ago. We had no idea how to organise a funeral thanks to the amazing staff at Heritage it was all made so simple. We dealt manly with Angela she was so caring and made the decision making so easy. I could not recommend Heritage enough we were so impressed from start to finish. The staffs main goal was for mum to have a beautiful send off and to take the pressure off us. The love that Ange and David have shown my partner and our family after the sudden loss of my mother in-law has been incredible.Mum's service was amazing and we all left feeling light and happy because they did an amazing job for us to say goodbye.The service that AHF offers does not just end once the funeral is over, there is still so much to do and go through and they walk you through all of that.There really isn't enough I can say about Ange and David but they are both angels and have been sent here to look after us and our loved ones once they have passed and that is the biggest blessing that one can be given.And for that we will always be forever grateful.Thank you so much from Anthony, Kodie and Family.

We recently had contact with Australian Heritage Funerals and David was our contact. Our father had a full plan in place and David made finalising these plans perfect, easy and painfree. In the nicest possible way, I hope we don't have to meet again... but if we do, I know we'll be in good hands. The day went off perfectly and all staff were lovely. Thank you.
