Staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. Made going into the store such a great experience. I was after a very specific model of Otis sunnies and they helped me get exactly what I was after. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!!

Stood around waiting for about 10 minutes while two shop girls just completely ignored me I made it really obvious I was in need of help and they just completely ignored me I walked out. Plenty of other surf shops in Cronulla

A funky little surf shop in the main shopping precinct in Cronulla. They stock men's and women's clothing, swimmers, beach wear, shoes and accessories. Their prices are reasonable. We purchased some tshirts from here today and the staff were lovely and chatty and they provided great customer service.

Went in to purchase a cheap wetsuit lady who served me was quite helpful. Wetsuit was faulty and when I brought it back the manager was very standoffish and rude. Refused to take any responsibility. Do not talk to the manager if you want good customer service.

I was walking past today and saw a shirt I liked on the discount rail outside where the price was marked in red pen as $35. I gathered that and a few other items and took them to the checkout. I lady at the chekout then said she had to do something for the discounted shirt and proceeded to leave the counter. She then returned to say it was full price and that kids had marked it down in red pen. I informed her that there were similar shirts outside and all had the same information on the tag. Why was it on the discounted rail then with all the same shirts marked down too? I decided not to purchase it as a result.

Great location next to the beach, friendly and welcoming. Stock is more surf focused compared to their Westfield Miranda store which is more skate focused
