My wife and I attended our appointment and almost immediately we were doing our tax. The representative was prepared with both forms opened. She completed our forms with ease because she was prepared and this was in itself gratifying because my wife and I knew that we were being taken cared of. Both forms were completed, submitted and copies were also supplied. Our refunds were received within 2 weeks. Thanks H&R, we will seek your assistance again next year.

The Return was done entirely online, interacting with a consultant. with documents signed electronically via a client portal. The whole process was fast and efficient - painless.

Have used H&R in the past including in different city and recommended 5-6 people this year alone to do their tax. But this H&R branch in Belconnen particularly Derek was no where near what you’d call a decent service.5 weeks since lodging and still nothing and no follow up. Super disappointed and would never return. Rest assured I’ll be taking all the 6 mates who I’ve recommended back to my local accountant!Worst tax refund experience ever and super lengthy and unnecessary process that I’ve never had to go through the past 7 years doing tax with any other agents.

I've been doing my tax return wit H & R Block for a while now. They are very professional, punctual and serious. Once you make your appointment and get to their office, you don't need to wait too long to be attended. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are also quick and efficient. I highly recommend it if you want to get good value for your money while not wasting your time!

Booked 3 days in advance for an off peak time. Turned up 5 minutes before the hour. At 20 minutes after hour walked out. My time is important to me even if its not to H+R Block!

Harry wasn't the most knowledgeable on my situation, nor was he the politest. After 30 mins he was looking at his watch. Not worth $145. Won't be returning.

Had my Tax Return done on the 6th July and on up to now the 20th no Notice of Assessment has been issued. No communication fro H & R Block Belconnen on the state of the Tax Return. Will reconsider next financial year.
