Flowtec are fantastic. I highly recommend them.Rachael is absolutely brilliant. She explained everything that she needed to do on-site to find the problem. Amazing team, top-class service; I highly recommend them! After the local pool shop failed to fix my infloor cleaning system and wasted my time for several weeks, Kane attended to my pool. He was a knowledgeable, highly skilled professional who did all testing, identified the problem, explained everything well to me, and fixed it in no time. I wish we had more of these people in other trades in Melbourne. Thank you, guys, for being so helpful and organised.

Flowtec where fabulous. Talking to Steve who organised the appointments and then Kane the technician who fixed our problem. They were prompt, thorough and explained everything and made sure it was working efficiently. Even cleaned up after cleaning the filters. Thank you for saving our Christmas.

Used Flowtech to find a leak in my pool. From start to finish the service was absolutely perfect. Kane arrived on time. was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He found the leak. Gave me the fact and put my mind at ease. Price was more than fair. Can not recommend these guys enough. 100% happy.

Thanks to Flowtec for solving our pool leak problem. They are a very professional company with great systems and technology. Their technician Daniel was an excellent communicator who worked diligently and systematically to examine all potential leak sites. He found the leak (hydroststic valve) and replaced the defective part. Great job Flowtec!

Flowtec came highly recommended and I have been very impressed by their integrity and service. I know that there are many shady" companies around but this company can be trusted and well worth the wait. Kane was my technician and even though I was booked in for a full day (with costs disclosed upfront)

Prompt, professional and friendly, Kane & Ben used their expertise to clear the blocked pipe in my pool. Diving down to the main drain, Kane quickly diagnosed the problem and the team explained everything they were doing. All fixed, tested and cleaned up within 90 minutes. Thank you so much.
