We met Ian in early January and gave him our brief.We flew up to the Gold Coast the following Wednesday and were met by Ian who drove around to several properties. One of which suited all our needs. By Monday Ian had negotiated an amazing price and done all the due diligence and the property was ours.Ian didn’t stop there.
