Astrid is a knowledgeable and dedicated therapist who always gives 5 star service in  the 3+years I have been seeing her. She goes above and beyond to help with your bodies pain from the root of the problem. She does a consult with you to know what you want from the treatment. Throughout the treatment is vigilant with letting you know when she is moving the towel and keeping you covered and comfortable.Astrid is amazing, she can incorporate essential oils and is skilled at many types of massage from relaxation to pregnancy to deep tissue, trigger point, fascia release and can even tape your injuries. She is always improving her skills to give you a better experience and I cannot reccomend her enough to anyone who wants an exceptional, professional and all around lovely person to massage them.
