This martial arts school is full of the nicest, friendliest people and there is such a great family atmosphere. They teach good martial arts and fitness in a way that isn't intimidating. Mr Sheedy is a life long martial artist and a good bloke- very humble and kind, but you wouldn't want him to side kick you! Go check it out: a great place to train at any level of experience.

James Sheedy Personal Defence Studio
Jim Sheedy is a martial arts pioneer and is well known in the martial arts community. Richard Norton, International Super Martial Artist and Movie Star, attended yesterday to conduct a seminar and he was very impressed with the school and the students. That's enough for me to give this review a 5 star rating.
