1.Please take off you shoes when going into people's house, or at least ask if you can leave them on;2.Understanding you may not gain your customer's trust just because they have just met you.3.Understanding that customers have the right to think overnight.4.Be prepared when your customer have better quotes(same panel same inverter),you can say good-bye NICELY,and THANK them for the invitation and FREE drinks,don't get mad and don't being rude to them,no matter what reason, leave like a gentleman.

Similar experiences as previously listed. Met a representative at the garden show who offered a quote. I had explained that I already had three quotes over the last week, new exactly what I wanted/needed and asked if they could just provide a price. They said they could not do it without attending the property.The salesman promised it would be quick and easy, they just needed to pop by on Friday morning to check the premises. We made an appointment and I explained it needed to be at a specific time as I had word and that I would be the only one home after they had suggested my husband be home as well and I was told this was fine.I received a call the day before the appointment to confirm a time 3hrs later than we had arranged and make sure both my husband and myself would be home.When I said he would not the girl on the phone insisted he was, I obviously do not hold enough intelligence to understand all of this high tech 'man stuff'. I was told we both needed to be home to go over the complexities of our power bills??? Don't even have a full one yet as the house is brand new. Not important apparently! I felt it was just going to be a high pressure sales push. The girl said she had no knowledge of any arrangement being made for me to attend alone or the time that had requested. A later time did not suit me and I said I no longer required the quote and was more than happy to take one of the offers I had from other suppliers.It was at this point that she offered someone call back to give me a quote over the phone.Sorry, that ship has sailed, that is what I had asked for a week ago. I have had three other very polite and reasonable companies bend over backwards to meet our needs without having to check with my husband first!Don't waste your time!

Very annoying sales staff,A woman called up to arrange a time to send the sales team" to my house. I agreed to a time but she then became obsessed with my wife being home when they visit. I was told that they need to go over the power bills with both house holders. I explained several time that there are no power bills as the house is still being built

I first got a small system installed by Solar Harness on 3/03/2009 and started saving on my bill straight away, more than I expected, ending up with as small as a $9 bill at one time , the most being around $60 when using the air con.I have since upgraded my system, adding 3 more panels, using Solar Harness once again - of course, as their professionalism, service and quality were second to none the first time.Once again , Solar Harness came through for me, with prompt and top quality, professional service. My bills are In credit a lot of the time now, I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Solar Harness above all others for your solar needs.

Have recently just had a system installed at a new property after using solar harness for the previous place. System is working well, significantly reducing the first power bill. No complaints here, can definitely recommend them... they were accomadating, no fuss, and the install was quick and professional.

Firstly I don't write reviews at all buy after this atrocious phone call I have just received from Solar Harness I am that outraged I am writing a review to warn others.............I have just experienced the unprofessional poor service that has been outlined below in all the other reviews regarding Solar Harness.Absolutely rude disrespectful on the phone, and all they were doing was confirming a appointment. Absolutely classic!I person called Tony called me last week, said he worked for this company, was a draftsman, he was just helping out with some follow up calls, this being an enquiry I placed at a shopping centre 2 yrs ago, I didn't proceed back then due to there total rudeness on the phone back then,....but Tony was professional, a draftsman and said he'll personally come out to my house to do all the quoting, plus will give me a further 10% off the panels and a further $500 discount on the overall quote. ..and he knew I was only available to attend onsite for the quote, not both of the home owners".Today

Dont use these companies. Go to a local electrician for solar installations. This company does bad installs (like most of them) and then will not help you to fix it. Our dispute over an incorrect installation has been dragging on for YEARS and they simply will not admit it was installed incorrectly so that it can be fixed. All it needs is one cable changed out and they wont admit that the install is the problem. They have now stopped returning my calls and I'm going to have to look at other avenues to get it fixed. Lot of $$$ for a system that just keeps tripping out.

I've purchased a 1.5kW system back in 2011 for 3000AUD with a bigger converter to upgrade in the future. Everything was done in time and the electrical contractor did an awesome job even relocating a roof vent to the other side of the roof. Nice, neat job and I have no problem there.Thanks for the follow up.

Solar Harness were friendly and professional from start to finish . We chose Solar harness from the companies we spoke to because they sent a solar consultant to our home to design our system, the other company's quoted over the phone without seeing our roof. This company has also been installing solar for almost 10 years the others were all new company's in Perth. The system has had a huge impact on our power bills ...highly recommended!
