I went there to use photo lab and found that 25% of the machines did not work at all. Of the remaining Kodak stations only one had a functional USB port and that single machine had a faulty display and only worked when facing the ceiling. We have just had a perfect opportunity for maintenance to be done having had covid lock downs and the business decision not to perform any maintenance tasks and give a very obvious public facing statement on what you think of your customers and their needs right really shows a upper management disdain for the very customers who are paying their deceitful bonuses.

Went to buy a microwave yesterday with my client we ask for some help and a lovely young lad helped us. His name was Shane , I asked why he doesn't wear the kmart uniform he said he worked out the back. He was so helpful and polite checking the prices for us and putting in our trolley. Fantastic customer service.

I went this Kmart on Sunday around 5:18pm. The Kmart already closed without any notice. I drove to here for this and turned back home. Would anyone please update the new business hour please?

You need to put at least one more person on the service desk. I've been standing in line for seriously over 10 minutes, everyone behind me is cranky and the poor lady trying to serve is obviously stressed.

Love the variety of things you can get here & at a reasonable price too. But I hate where they have the checkouts & I'm not a fan of self serve, this means less jobs & no real customer service.... sad really.

Pretty good range and mix of products, always seems to have stock. Only gripe is the cashier tills are always crowded and perhaps is too small for size of shop. Good range of party items at unbeatable prices, including biodegradable party cups, spoons, and plates so can dispose of in green bin and save the planet. Good range of baby gear too

We love shopping here as the goods are great quality and look amazing. The prices are very affordable and competitive. You can decorate your house for very little cost. It can be hard to get some items and we are waiting on stock. This is unavoidable due to global supply chain issues. Excellent store that is bright, lovely layout with lots of great ideas.
